Hello, My name is Nicole Gaytan. I am born and raised in the San Antonio surrounding area and a married mother of two amazing children. My career first started in the medical field, doing medical billing and coding, working in doctor’s offices and hospitals, and even working with health insurance companies such as Humana and Aetna. After 20 years in the medical field, I was ready for a change. In 2013, I entered the insurance industry as a Licensed Servicing Assistant and now as Director of Operations, my role is to ensure smooth implementation of insurance and client service needs along with day to day back-office work. In my spare time, I really enjoy watching movies and I am an avid Harry Potter fan.

Hello, my name is Victoria Lemus. I’m a proud San Antonio native with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education, earned while attending St. Mary’s University. For six years, I worked in the retail industry before deciding it was time for a new direction. I am thrilled to now serve as an Agent Assistant, where I get to channel my creativity into meaningful work every day. Outside of the office, I love movie nights and anything that requires spending time with my family.

Hello, my name is Jamailiah "Roxann" Bellamy, as an HR professional, I work alongside my husband Coley, blending teamwork with our passion for fostering a positive work environment. Married for 11 wonderful years and blessed with two amazing children. Currently pursuing my dream of becoming a dental hygienist, balancing academics with the joys of motherhood and work. When not in the office or hitting the books, you’ll find me cheering on my daughters at volleyball tournaments or supporting their gymnastics endeavors. Actively engaged in my church community, I find fulfillment in serving others and fostering spiritual connections.
